1. Custom Orders & Artwork
Proof Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all digital proofs before production begins. Once artwork has been approved, Fill Cart Packaging will not be responsible for any errors, including spelling, design, colors, dimensions, or layout that were approved by the customer.
Artwork Ownership
By submitting logos, graphics, or other artwork, you confirm that you own or have the legal rights to use all submitted materials. You grant Fill Cart Packaging a limited, non-exclusive license to use the artwork solely for manufacturing and fulfilling your order.
2. Pricing & Payment
- Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- The quoted price at the time of order confirmation will remain valid for that specific order.
- Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, or additional fees will be charged where required.
3. Production & Shipping
Production Time
Standard production time is 6–8 business days, followed by an estimated 2–5 business days for shipping, depending on the delivery location.
Production and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Fill Cart Packaging is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of Loss
Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the courier or shipping carrier.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations, design changes, or refunds may not be possible.
5. Returns & Refunds
As all products are custom-made, returns or refunds are only accepted if the order is defective, damaged during production, or manufactured incorrectly due to our mistake.
Customers must notify Fill Cart Packaging within 5 business days of receiving the order and provide clear photographs or other evidence for review.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Fill Cart Packaging unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws of the United States, Fill Cart Packaging shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our products, services, or website.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, our products, or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the laws of the State in which the Company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the Company’s state of registration in the United States.
